So you want to be a While You're Out, LLC Sitter?
If you think you would like to be one of our babysitters, ask yourself the following questions:

Am I a friendly, warm, and affectionate person?
Am I patient and understanding?
Do I have a sense of humor?
Do I know where to look for ideas, information, or activities?
Can I communicate with children and their parents?
Am I healthy & physically strong enough to be on the job with children for hours at a time?
Am I innovative and imaginative?
Do I enjoy children and enjoy spending time with them?
Do I have knowledge of child development and practical child care methods?

If you can answer yes to the above questions, can you meet the following requirements?

Our Sitters Must…
Have at least two years of child care experience.
Have at least a High School diploma and be 18 years of age.
Have a clean driving record & no criminal history.
Be willing to have a Department of Motor Vehicles records check.
Be willing to have a criminal background check.
Have at least three child care references that are not related to you.
Have a valid driver's license, dependable car, and car insurance.
Provide CPR certification.

While You're Out, LLC will send you our Sitter Application and informational packet to fill out and review. Once we receive your application, we will review it and contact you for a preliminary phone interview.
