If you and your family are planning to visit our beautiful city and are in need of a Babysitter, we can help. Whether you need a sitter while attending a conference or will be in town for a wedding, we will place you with an experienced sitter.

Sitter bookings for out-of-town families:
To book a sitter for your stay in the Madison area, you must contact our office and fill out an out of town client application. Your completed application (with credit card information) must be received prior to the booking of any sitter. After we receive your completed application we will contact you to discuss any questions you may have and go over the details of your request. We will then check our sitter availability and contact you with our available sitters. After your date(s) and sitter have been confirmed, a $35 non-refundable booking fee will be charged to your credit card. For each additional date requested, a non-refundable booking fee of $15.00 will be charged.

Once your request has been confirmed by While You're Out, LLC, an invoice will be sent for booking and referral fees. All out of town booking and referral fees must be paid prior to the scheduled sitting date. If booking and referral fees are not paid in full 48 hours prior to the first scheduled sitting, the booking will be canceled and any fees paid will be forfeited.

The sitters' rates for out of town clients start at $12 per hour.
