Group Event Childcare
If you are planning special family event like a wedding or entertaining a group of friends or family in your home, WYOB Special Event Sitters can be there to take care of the children on the property of the event.
Our Special Event Sitters will arrive 15 minutes prior to the arrival of your guests to go over any final details with you so they can set up our Special Event Craft & Activity Bags. Our bags are FILLED with games, crafts, activities, and toys specific to the ages of the children at the event. Each child will leave with a something to take home.
There will be a formal check-in and -out procedure for all children, and WYOB will provide name tags. Parents will need to sign their children in and out of the room.
 Fee Schedule for Group Events
We work with you to set up and organize child care for your special event. We will coordinate the necessary number of Sitters based on the number and ages of children (see ratios below). When scheduling a group event, the Agency Coordinating Fee is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. The Agency Referral Fee is paid when WYOB has confirmed your Sitters. Sitters are paid at the end of the evening by the client. Any parking fees that the Sitter(s) may have incurred will also be reimbursed at that time.

Agency Coordinating Fees
In-Home Group Event: $50
On-Site Group Event (i.e., Wedding): $150

Sitter Fees
Sitters are paid a minimum of $12 an hour per Sitter for in-home group events and $14 per hour for on-site group events. There is also a 4 hour minimum for all group events.
