With While You're Out, LLC, you don't have to worry about picking up the sitter and taking them home again… We come to you! We arrive on-time, and come with games, crafts, and/or activities that best suit your child(ren).

	While You're Out, LLC is owned and operated by Cheri Ress. Cheri has been in the child care industry for ten years. She and her husband Chris welcomed their first child, Jacob, into their family in June of 2005 and William in December of 2007. Prior to becoming a Mom herself and starting a family of her own, Cheri was a Nanny for a family in Middleton. She has been certified to provide in-home childcare and has certification in Early Childhood Education. Prior to working as a Nanny, Cheri worked at a non-profit agency as a Case Manager for people with developmental disabilities. There she used her creativity and problem-solving ability to help clients attain successful job placement and become contributing members of their communities.

	Meet our Director of Sitter Pre-Screening… My name is Bobbie Rogers and I am the Director of Sitter Pre-Screening at While You're Out Babysitting. I am a graduate of UW-Stout, where I majored in Psychology with an emphasis on child development. After graduation, I moved to Chicago with my then fiancé, where I worked in social services and then became an early childhood teacher. Eventually we moved to Madison, where I was offered a job at Messiah Preschool on Madison's east side as the Director and also the lead teacher in the four-year-old classroom. I have been at Messiah for about 5 years, and when I am not teaching I am busy with my own little business I like to call Baby Blue Boutique, where I create children's sweaters and clothing using adults' clothing. My husband I welcomed a daughter, Estella, to our family in April of 2006 and we are currently expecting our second child in March of 2009. I look forward to working with Cheri at While You're Out Babsitting and helping her successful business grow.
Meet our Administrative Coordinator… I would like to take the time to introduce myself. My name is Tara Ress, sister in-law to Director of While You’re Out, Cheri Ress. I will now be part of the While You’re Out family, as I have taken on the role of Administrative Coordinator. I am a graduate of UW-Madison with a degree in English. I spent much of my college career, however, working with children. I worked for Afterschool at Midvale Elementary in Madison for four years, three-and-a-half as a Program Specialist, and my last ½-year as Assistant Supervisor. After graduation, I spent 9 months as Assistant Director at La Petite Academy. There I gained a great deal of knowledge at both the administrative level and classroom level. I helped out in all classrooms and had the opportunity to work with infants as young as 6 weeks, and school-aged children as old as 12. I have since moved on to a different career path, but I still enjoy working with children. I love spending time with my nephew, Jacob, and really enjoy seeing the changes in him every single day. I look forward to helping While You’re Out continue to be the great success it is today.
